Carolyn Zaleski is Founder and Managing Partner of Phase 4 Solutions, a niche consultancy advising early stage pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical diagnostic companies. Prior to founding Phase 4, Ms. Zaleski spent nearly 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry in various sales & marketing roles with Pfizer, Agouron, Bristol Myers Squibb and Abbott Labs. She has extensive sales management and clinical liaison experience as well as in-depth knowledge of the HIV, Hep-C and Oncology markets. Ms. Zaleski has successfully launched four significant niche products and a start-up company later acquired by big pharma. Ms. Zaleski enjoys competitive sailing, running and tennis. She resides in Marblehead, MA with her husband, daughter and son. |

Kristen Koehler has spent fifteen years helping companies grow through her strategy and marketing work. Past experience includes management consulting with Arthur D. Little, Corporate Planning and Development at Siemens AG in Munich, Germany as well as Sales & Marketing Director for a local mid-sized business. She earned her BA in Economics, magna cum laude, from Boston College and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the Sloan School at MIT. A native of Massachusetts, Ms. Koehler grew up outside of Boston and after extensive travel and living abroad now resides in Acton with her husband and two young sons. She is fluent in German. |
